Mario Botta. The Space Beyond.

The magic of the big screen returns to Theatro, where we will be showing the Italian première of a documentary film about Mario Botta.

Oltre lo Spazio is a documentary film by Swiss directors Loretta Dalpozzo and Michèle Volontè and was produced by Swissbridge Productions.

The film takes viewers on a journey “beyond space” and into the world of Mario Botta, allowing us to get to know this tireless and passionate architect.

In the film, Botta analyses sacred spaces of the past, those currently in the pipeline and those yet to come. It’s a journey into the past, present and future that allows viewers to catch a glimpse of the man behind the architect.

After the film screening there will be a Q&A at Theatro with Mario Botta and the directors, moderated by Federico Tranfa.
