An opportunity to reflect on a fundamental question: what characteristics will hospitality assets need in order to generate desirability for guests, solidity for investors and market relevance over the next ten years?
During the roundtable, the Matteo Thun & Partners studio and Kervis SGR, drawing on their experience and vision, will offer two complementary perspectives on the issues that are redefining the future of hospitality. Two distinct yet deeply interconnected visions, united by the goal of understanding how hospitality assets will evolve in the coming years: on the one hand, the designer, called upon to interpret the evolution of people’s behaviours and expectations through architecture; on the other, the investor and developer, committed to identifying the most resilient models and the opportunities for greater long-term value.
