Deruta 19, a redevelopment project, was the protagonist of a meeting on stage at Theatro. A concrete example of urban regeneration and real estate development.
Ines Bovone and Gianmarco Bocchiola (Coima Image), together with Marco Serafin (Kryalos SGR), Alessandro Boe (Bcube Progettazione), Massimo Bottacchi (Schüco Italia) and Cristian Tegas (Thema Italia and founder of Theatro), illustrated the different phases of the design process highlighting the challenges faced on the construction site from different perspectives, highlighting the increasingly strategic investment opportunities linked to interventions capable of generating value over time.
The meeting, moderated by Roberto Bosi of Casabella, was a moment of dialogue and in-depth analysis among the sector’s key players.
